Since the snapshot date, Leviton Network Solutions - UK has increased the overall number of women employed by the company by 15%.
Basis of the Calculations
The number of full-pay relevant employees employed at the snapshot date to calculate the hourly mean and median gender pay gap –
1. Mean Gender Pay Gap in Hourly Pay
Based on the data at the snapshot date, the difference between women and men across the entire UK business is 13%.
2. Median Gender Pay Gap in Hourly Pay
Based on the data at the snapshot date, the difference between women and men across the entire UK business is 10.0%.
3. Bonus Data
Of our 292 employees, 122 employees (42%) received a ‘bonus’ payment during the review period May 2016 to April 2017.
Of the 122:
Based on the data at the snapshot date, the mean difference in bonus between women and men across the entire UK business is -94%. (For clarity the mean female bonus was almost double that for males).
Based on the data at the snapshot date, the median difference in bonus between women and men across the entire UK business is -738%. (For clarity the median female bonus was more than seven times that of males).
4. Pay Quartiles
The calculations reported above, to the best of our knowledge and belief, are accurate based on the relevant data for the reporting period.
