Brand-Rex, a Leviton company, recently received certification under the new ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. ISO 9001:2015 is internationally recognised as the world’s leading quality management standard. To date, it has been implemented by more than one million organisations in over 170 countries. The certification will help Brand-Rex foster an environment of continuous improvement for increased customer satisfaction.

QHSE Director Chris McFarlane, Quality Manager of Supplies and Systems David Hutton, and QHSE Systems Improvement Lead Emma Eldridge comprised the team responsible for Brand-Rex’s successful transition from ISO9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 certification, completing the process three months ahead of schedule on 1st September 2017. The company will utilise ISO 9001:2015 as a tool to support all future business functions and developments.

ISO 9001:2015 certification shows that Brand-Rex has set up effective business practices to maintain quality and continuously improve processes. The new certification will help administrators and employees identify key risks, opportunities, and performance indicators to better monitor and measure successful processes throughout the company. The certification supports Brand-Rex’s philosophy of providing excellence in customer service and superior manufacturing quality for the highest return on infrastructure investment.
